Review status and required attachments
This is a review draft. Company size and years in business, financial stability evidence, permitted customer examples, 3–5 reference contacts, and measured downtime still need approved information. The PDF identifies these response gaps.
HFG requires the completed Attachment A workbook alongside the written PDF. Download both before submitting. The contract documents are proposal materials, not an executed agreement.

The completed workbook includes vendor information, every capability response, a corrected summary, response notes, and a four-month prototype plan. All items are Able to Build; nothing is built for HFG today.
First working prototypes: end of Month 1. All 38, including the nice-to-haves: by the end of Month 4. Production rollout follows.
